Plastic materials

Injection molding, thermoforming, expansion, and extrusion are performed in-house using a wide range of equipment, experienced personnel, and adhering to the highest-quality standards.

This capability allows us to customize production according to the specific requirements of component parts, including part geometry, weight, precision, appearance, and cost.

Our in-house capabilities include:

  • 40 injection molding machines with clamping forces between 40 and 1700 T, from Engel and Krauss Maffei, most equipped with robots
  • Thermoforming machine with a work surface of 2000 x 1200 mm
  • EPP/EPS injection machine with maximum dimensions of 1485 x 1285 x 180 mm
  • Plastic extrusion machines, including coextrusion, with a total capacity of 180 kg/hour
  • PUR foam dispensing robot

We have our own capacity for processing bicycle hubs for all three essential phases: aluminum bar cutting, turning, and milling. By integrating these processes within our facilities, we ensure strict control over quality and efficiency at every stage of production, from raw material to the final product.

This long-term partnership allows us to benefit from the most advanced anodizing techniques, ensuring that each bicycle hub meets or even exceeds our clients' expectations in terms of performance and aesthetics.

Carbon

We have a partnership of over 20 years for operating an advanced carbon fiber processing capacity, which allows us to fully manage all stages of carbon component manufacturing.

The complete integration of design, lamination, molding, curing, and finishing processes allows us to maintain rigorous quality control and optimize each stage to meet our clients' specific requirements.

We ensure metal processing with the help of 79 state-of-the-art pieces of equipment, which give us the ability to offer a full range of metal processing services tailored to the varied needs of our clients.

Our in-house capabilities include:

  • 2 plasma cutting/filing installations: Technology for fast and precise cutting in different types of metal.
  • 2 laser cutting equipment: Ideal for complex and precise cuts, necessary for fine details and smooth edges.
  • 3 bending press brakes: Performing precise and uniform bends according to technical specifications.
  • 20 welding machines: Allowing for high-quality welds for large projects and detailed work.
