Integral management system
We align extrinsical sources of performance with the internal motivations of all colleagues, applying specific practices in four different areas:
-
Individual Performance Model
Uses future-oriented language.
Read moreWe believe that the company's performance is a direct result of individual performance, whether we work alone or in a group. Our group performance results from a combination of actions by each colleague, including collaboration, cooperation, and coordination with other colleagues. Individual performance is the result of action or inaction. Action correlates with how we perceive day-to-day situations. The way we perceive situations is born from language and is shaped by it. Thus, by using language, we can change how we perceive situations and, consequently, our actions.
-
Authentic Leadership
Promotes sincere and transparent leadership.
Read moreWe encourage all colleagues to adopt a leadership style based on a way of being and acting in which:
- they stand up and give their colleagues the opportunity to make a statement
- they are guided by integrity in their conversations
- they listen to possible futures and use generative language: declaration, commitment, promise, request, and sharing.
-
Integrity-Based Conversations
Foundation for open and honest communication.
Read moreWe are aware that our commitments enter an environment, not into a void. Therefore, we encourage and inspire colleagues to take care of the conversational environment and to apply practices to clean this space. The result of an individual action depends both on the work done alone and on the work of collaboration, coordination, and cooperation with other colleagues. Without a clean conversational environment, actions of collaboration, coordination, and cooperation are not effective. We clean the conversational space by taking responsibility for what we hide in our relationships with colleagues, for what we do not say but communicate, and for assuming responsibility as owners of the conversational space.

Self-Management and Lean Production Practices
Optimizes efficiency and reduces waste.
Read moreWe apply meeting management practices that empower decision-making and enhance individual intrinsic performance. We also use Lean production tools to facilitate individual intrinsic performance through visual management, QRQC, PDCA, 5S, etc.
